Acceptance and product scope
By using DigiBouquet, you agree to these Terms of Service. DigiBouquet is an iOS app and companion website for creating private digital flower bouquets. The app lets users select flowers, arrange greenery, write a card, choose a mood, save bouquets locally, and share bouquet links. DigiBouquet is not a physical florist, delivery service, emergency communication tool, medical service, counseling service, or social network. It is a digital creative tool for personal gestures.
The current product is intentionally accountless. That means access is simpler, but it also means some account-based controls do not exist. If you lose a locally saved bouquet, share a link with the wrong person, or delete the app, DigiBouquet may not be able to recover or revoke the content. You are responsible for deciding what to write, who should receive it, and which channel is appropriate for sharing.
Your content
You are responsible for the bouquet messages, names, and other content you create or share through DigiBouquet. Do not use the app to harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, defame, spam, or invade the privacy of another person. Do not include unlawful content or content you do not have permission to share. A bouquet may feel small and personal, but the recipient can still save, forward, screenshot, or show the link to someone else.
You keep whatever rights you have in your own words. By using DigiBouquet to create and share a bouquet, you give the app the practical permission needed to encode, display, save locally, and share that bouquet according to your actions. Because the current model encodes bouquet data into a link, the app is not designed to moderate, host, or review private card text before sharing. That design depends on users behaving responsibly.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse DigiBouquet, attempt to reverse engineer parts of the product where prohibited by law, interfere with the website, probe hosting infrastructure, distribute malware, automate abusive requests, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law. You also agree not to imply that DigiBouquet endorses your message, relationship, business, campaign, or public statement. The app is a tool for making a bouquet, not a certification that a message is appropriate.
If you use DigiBouquet in a workplace, school, community, or family setting, you are responsible for following the rules of that setting. A digital bouquet can be warm, but it can also be unwelcome if sent in the wrong relationship or with the wrong tone. Use good judgment. Do not send romantic, apologetic, or emotionally intense bouquets to someone who has asked not to be contacted.
Availability and changes
DigiBouquet may change over time. Features may be added, revised, paused, or removed. The website may be updated with new templates, flower meaning pages, legal pages, and product information. The app may later add Universal Links, support flows, analytics, cloud sync, or other features. If those changes materially affect user rights, privacy, payments, or obligations, the relevant public pages should be updated.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Static pages may be cached, hosting providers may have outages, app stores may change distribution rules, devices may behave differently, and shared links may fail if copied incorrectly or opened in an unsupported context. DigiBouquet does not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or perfect compatibility with every device, browser, operating system, or sharing channel.
Intellectual property, feedback, and distribution
DigiBouquet, the website layout, generated botanical art, app interface, flower artwork, copy, templates, and product names are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app, website, art assets, templates, or underlying code to you. You may use DigiBouquet for personal bouquet creation and sharing as the product allows, but you may not copy the site into a competing service, remove notices, scrape the template library for resale, or present DigiBouquet assets as your own brand.
If you send feedback, suggestions, bug reports, wording ideas, template ideas, or feature requests, you allow DigiBouquet to use that feedback without owing compensation, credit, or a duty to implement it. If DigiBouquet is distributed through an app marketplace, that marketplace may have its own terms, refund rules, device requirements, family sharing rules, review process, and platform policies. Those marketplace terms are separate from these terms, and you are responsible for following both when they apply.
No professional advice or emergency use
DigiBouquet may include flower meanings, occasion guidance, tone suggestions, and templates. That content is practical creative guidance, not legal, medical, therapeutic, financial, religious, or professional advice. Flower language is cultural, contextual, and subjective. A template can help someone write with more care, but it cannot decide whether a relationship is healthy, whether an apology is sufficient, or whether a message will be welcome.
Do not use DigiBouquet for emergencies, urgent safety needs, medical instructions, crisis support, or time-sensitive legal notices. If someone needs immediate help, contact appropriate emergency services, local resources, qualified professionals, or trusted people directly. A digital bouquet is not a substitute for direct action when direct action is required.
Disclaimers, limitation of liability, and termination
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigiBouquet is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability. The app may contain defects, the website may contain errors, and flower meaning content may not match every cultural or personal interpretation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigiBouquet and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, emotional expectations, device access, or shared links. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limits may not apply to you. DigiBouquet may restrict access to the website or future services if necessary to protect the product, comply with law, or respond to misuse. These terms may be updated as the product changes, and continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
